Portfolio

Being born and raised in Saskatchewan, my main source of inspiration comes from the colours of the prairie landscape. From the high contrast sunsets, to muted palettes of autumn leaves and harvest fields, you’ll see many of these influences in my designs.

I originally fell in love with American and European traditional tattoos, although I’ve always struggled to grasp the perfect simplicity of them. (My brain always wants to add too many details🙃)

When I discovered the neo traditional tattoo style, I found I could create works based on the foundations of traditional tattooing, and still let my creativity shine through. I was able to play with new colour combinations, detail, and composition, while also being sure that my pieces would hold up over time by using bold outlines, and well-placed shading throughout.

In more recent years, I’ve started experimenting with more architectural elements. You’ll now see more art nouveau, art deco, and romantic influences in my pieces.

I’m happy to be here, constantly evolving and learning new things. Thank you for joining me. It’s an honour to be able to create rad art with rad humans!
